If something isn't right with your order from Kent & Park, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges and store credit

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Final sale

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, Kent & Park covers the return shipping.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll send you instructions:
